Odisha Pattachitra is GI-certified by the Government of India. However, there is a rise in imitation Pattachitra, which is not only of inferior quality but also adversely affects the artists who practise the art form sincerely. To bring the best Pattachitra to our patrons, Aravali has partnered with the best Pattachitra artists in India. Our Aravali team is working with Bijay Kumar Parida, Shilp Guru (2018), and a National Award-winning artist from Odisha with decades of experience in perfecting Pattachitra art. The painting is made on silk patta (cloth) and comes with a beautiful double-mount complimentary frame with a natural wood finish.
