Aravali has partnered with Delhivery and Shiprocket as its shipping partner. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.
*Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for deliveries. *For sale related policies, please refer to our Terms of use
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- We offer free shipping for all domestic orders
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in New Delhi, India or other location as and when decided
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
- Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package according to their shipping policy, no refunds will be entertained in case the delivery is not received according to Delhivery or Shiprocket policy. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including pin code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
- In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
MODES OF PAYMENT:
- For Domestic orders, Aravali has partnered with CC Avenue. We accept all major debit & credit cards, Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
- Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.
